ABOUT YÜCEL HOUSE

Yücel House was designed as a living space shaped with a modern architectural approach, in the lap of nature, in the Şile region of Istanbul. The project design process was shaped in line with the lifestyles and expectations of the users, and every detail was handled with their comfort and satisfaction in mind. In the design of the building, the protection of privacy and the clever placement of semi-public spaces ensured a perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality.

While the architectural arrangements create a visual continuity between the interior and exterior spaces, they also allow the building to establish a harmonious dialogue with its natural environment. Extensive studies on building physics, energy efficiency and environmental impacts aim to ensure that Yücel House adheres to the principles of sustainability and becomes a building that appeals to future generations.

In the implementation of the project, it was aimed to reflect the synergy created by experts from various disciplines such as architecture, engineering and landscape design on the final product. Yücel House promises its residents a peaceful and inspiring living space by offering functionality and aesthetics together.
