ABOUT PATULİ

Patuli is a modern bakery in the heart of Ataşehir, Istanbul, offering a warm welcome to its visitors. During the design process, ensuring the space was both aesthetic and functional was a priority for us. The interior architecture of the bakery was revived with light color palettes and minimalist design lines that emphasize cleanliness and usefulness.

By getting rid of the heaviness of the old dark colors and with the purity and simplicity of white, the space turned into an art gallery where the products show themselves. In Patuli, where each bread and cake is displayed as a work of art on this white canvas, every detail of the design has been considered to attract the attention of visitors.

Circulation was considered as one of the cornerstones of the design, and an area was created where visitors could move freely and experience the products closely. Additionally, the baking area, which is the heart of the bakery, is strategically placed to ensure that the scent of fresh bread spreads throughout the space. In this way, everyone who steps into Patuli experiences an experience that stimulates the sense of smell as well as a visual feast.

Beyond being just a bakery, Patuli stands out as one of the most innovative venues in Ataşehir, offering a visual and sensory experience to its visitors.
