ABOUT EMEK APARTMENT

Emek Apartment is a building designed to meet the expectations of modern life in Kartal, Istanbul. Our project aims to create a living space that will facilitate and enrich the life of each individual, with a user-oriented approach.

Our design process started by listening to users' voices. Their wishes and needs formed the cornerstones of our project. In this process, we established in-depth dialogues with our end users and developed apartment typologies that reflect their lives. Each apartment has been carefully planned to maximize the comfort and satisfaction of our users.

In the second stage, a meticulous coordination process was implemented to create synergy among all stakeholders of the project. We worked together with our users, the main contractor and the supervisory authorities to achieve the best result by reviewing every detail of the existing plans.

Finally, our project was designed to form a whole in harmony with environmental architectural elements and natural textures. This building, adorned with green areas and natural materials, offers its residents a life in touch with nature in the heart of the city. Our architectural solutions adopt an approach that is not only aesthetic, but also functional and sustainable.
